Been a while since I've posted anything but just to catch up, Ace earned his CDX at Lower Camden last May with a 2nd place finish! After being very sick all summer with Lyme Nephritis, we're happy to back in training.

Last Sunday at the K-9 Trial in Verona, he earned his first Graduate Open leg with a very nice 196 and a 1st place! He's almost ready to try for that UD!

Pat Paulding's Sheltie, Connor, earned his CGC and is being tested for Therapy Dog.  She's had him for 7 months but he just turned 4 years old.  Connor was unsocialized when she got him so she is very pleased with his progress.

I'm EXTREMELY happy to announce Cyrano finished his championship at Somerset Hills KC on Sept 8, 2012!!  Cyr is the first dog I've owned to get a breed championship title.  I got serious campaigning him November 2011 and he obtained his title in 10 months in limited showing.  He was always pretty much in the running, if not picking up pts. for wins, he picked up reserves most of the time.  So far this year has been wonderfully successful for us as not only getting this champion status, but also picking up three High in Trials, two of them at our National Specialty.  So, now we can relax and concentrate on performance.  Did I say relax????   With obedience, agility, herding and tracking looming, guess that's not an appropriate word!  But with such a focused and fun dog to work with, I will enjoy these challenges.  I'm SO proud of my boy!!!!    Photo to be posted when I get it.
